The maximum tolerance range for the specified parameters is 5%. The tolerance for the internal diameters of hoses is ±2 mm. All parameters listed in the table are specified for room temperature.
PUR MB hoses are permanently antistatic. When the hose is used in Ex zones, a conductive connection must be ensured between the hose and a grounded part of the associated equipment, in accordance with ATEX requirements. The maximum permissible hose length that meets the leakage resistance requirement of not exceeding 100 MΩ is 40 m.
The direction of the conveyed medium flow is indicated on the hose by an arrow. For non-transparent hoses, the flow direction is specified in the installation instructions.
The helix in PUR hoses is right-hand wound.
Commercial hose lengths are measured in the fully extended state.
Returns are accepted only for orders of standard commercial lengths.
Depending on the type, diameter, and length, hoses are packaged either in a straight form, axially compressed, or coiled into rings, and then wrapped in stretch film or packed in cardboard boxes. Please inform us of your preferred hose packaging method when placing your order.
Before using the product, please read the installation and operating instructions carefully.
Hoses in colors other than the standard color, as well as hoses with custom printing, are manufactured to special order.
