Uni-silic A

Chemically resistant lightweight hose made of one layer of silicone-coated glass fabric, reinforced with coppered steel wire, finished with a glass cord stabiliser, resistant to chemicals and high temperatures up to 310°C, with a smooth inner wall, even when bent. The product is CE certified and suitable for use in automotive, shipbuilding, military, aerospace, agriculture, fume and exhaust extraction, construction equipment, industrial vehicles, turbines, wind turbines, ventilation (HVAC), railways, pellet processing, printing automation and general industrial applications.

Tolerance for the parameters contained in this catalog is about 5%. Tolerance for inner diameters is +/- 2mm. All parameters apply for room temperature (approx. 22°C). In order to discharge static electricity, the spiral must be grounded on both sides. The spiral in Uni-silic hoses is right-handed. The unit lengths of the hoses are measured while maximum extension. Returns are only possible on standard length orders. Depending on the type and length, hoses are packed in a straight form or compressed axially or coiled, and then wrapped in stretch foil or other packaging required for transportation. Please let us know your preferred method of hose packaging when placing your order.
