Our main achievements:

The introduction of photovoltaic panels has allowed us to produce clean energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions during the production process. As a result, we have also eliminated night shifts to avoid the need to use energy from external power plants when the sun isn’t shining. This move enables us to be energy self-sufficient and reduces our dependence on fossil fuels.

Our company has focused on minimizing waste by working with experts to improve production processes. By expanding storage space, we can now produce larger quantities of products in a single production cycle, minimizing the waste generated from repeated production runs. This not only helps reduce environmental impact but also improves our efficiency.

The aforementioned production changes have contributed not only to reduced waste but also to a reduction in electricity consumption by more than 25%, even as production volumes have increased. This is a significant step towards reducing our carbon footprint.
4. Recycling waste
Even though we have minimized waste generation to the lowest possible levels, the waste we do produce is clean and uncontaminated. We are able to process this waste into regranulate and return it to the production process without affecting product quality. Unlike other companies, we only use pure, high-quality granulates and do not purchase external regranulates.
